Shelby Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, a 49-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Shelby Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Sidney, Ohio . About the Role: As our newly appointed Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our facility. Your proven leadership skills and successful track record in the skilled nursing industry will be essential in maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, managing quality metrics, staffing recruitment and retention, and fiscal operations.
