Order Picker - Stand-Up Reach/Counterbalance

Order Picker Position
Location: Dallas, TX.
Pay: $18+ per hour, DOE.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to finish; overtime as needed.
About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Order Picker to handle heavy products using stand-up reach and counterbalance equipment. Accuracy, safety, and pace are critical. You will use an RF scanner to locate, pick, and stage orders to meet shipping deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate stand-up reach and counterbalance forklifts to pick and move heavy products.
- Use an RF scanner to locate items, confirm picks, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pull, verify, and stage orders according to pick tickets and shipping schedules.
- Perform put-away, replenishment, and cycle counts as assigned.
- Inspect equipment before use; follow warehouse safety and traffic rules.
- Assist with wrapping, banding, and preparing loads for shipment.
Qualifications:
- Recent experience with stand-up reach and counterbalance forklifts required.
- RF scanner proficiency and strong attention to detail.
- Able to consistently lift heavy products and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Current forklift certification is a plus; company training may be available for qualified candidates.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, walk, and operate lift equipment for long periods.
- Lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs frequently and safely.
