AP & AR Process Expert

Resource with 10+ years with good interpersonal skills. Desired: The ideal resource would have strong business analysis experience leading design workshop sessions in working on the following:

• Understanding of the following account receivables:
• Master data structure
• Credit management & centralization of credit across disparate systems
• Posting of A/R transactions
• Down payments
• Payments & cash application process
• Credit / debit memos
• Interest calculation
• Dunning process
• Reconciliation with G/Ls
• Reporting & statements
• Dispute management & collection process
• Understanding of the following account payable:
• Master data structure
• Posting of A/P transactions
• EDI invoicing
• 2-way / 3-way PO/GR/IR match process
• Payment methods & processes / integrations
• Credit / debit memos
• Discount utilization on payables
• Reconciliation with G/Ls
• KPIs & reporting

Worksite location will primarily be Batesville (Indiana) and some workshops would be held at Chicago. Initial duration is 9 weeks for the workshop - followed by long term implementation phase. Initially 9 weeks $110/hour plus expenses.
