AP & AR Process Expert
Resource with 10+ years with good interpersonal skills. Desired: The ideal resource would have strong business analysis experience leading design workshop sessions in working on the following:
- Understanding of the following account receivables:
- Master data structure
- Credit management & centralization of credit across disparate systems
- Posting of A/R transactions
- Down payments
- Payments & cash application process
- Credit / debit memos
- Interest calculation
- Dunning process
- Reconciliation with G/Ls
- Reporting & statements
- Dispute management & collection process
- Understanding of the following account payable:
- Master data structure
- Posting of A/P transactions
- EDI invoicing
- 2-way / 3-way PO/GR/IR match process
- Payment methods & processes / integrations
- Credit / debit memos
- Discount utilization on payables
- Reconciliation with G/Ls
- KPIs & reporting
Worksite location will primarily be Batesville (Indiana) and some workshops would be held at Chicago. Initial duration is 9 weeks for the workshop - followed by long term implementation phase. Initially 9 weeks $110/hour plus expenses.
