Production Operations Coordinator

Title Production Operations Coordinator Industry Entertainment Location New York, NY Duration 6 months Responsibilities Coordinate and track manufacturing, production, and fulfillment orders from placement through final delivery. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely movement of products, materials, and supplies. Maintain accurate production, inventory, shipment, and order records within ERP systems and shared databases. Track goods throughout the production lifecycle, including work‑in‑progress, completed orders, and in‑transit shipments. Ensure advance shipment notifications (ASNs) and shipment tracking information are accurately recorded and communicated. Requirements Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar platforms. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
