Senior Corporate Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a senior corporate associate to join its team in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will work with start-ups, emerging growth companies, and engage in seed and venture capital financings, growth and private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Duties Counsel early-stage entrepreneurs and companies. Represent companies and venture funds in financing rounds and M&A. Engage in investor-side financing in growth equity rounds. Maintain significant client contact, including with CEOs and Boards of Directors. Requirements Minimum of four years of experience in private company financings. Experience in maintaining client relationships. Ability to handle multiple client matters concurrently. Admitted or eligible to waive into the State Bar of Massachusetts. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admitted to the State Bar of Massachusetts or eligible for admission. Skills Experience with venture capital financings, growth, and private equity.
