BluePearl Pet Hospital in Tukwila, WA is looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals!

LVT Supervisor Pay: $33.00 - 51.00 / hour. This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through Kahuna leveling system.

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
