Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy programs to help them meet their personal objectives.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers in therapy methodologies that promote sustained recovery at home.
• Monitor Progress: Keep track of patient progress and modify treatment strategies to ensure ongoing advancement toward their goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Opportunities for ongoing professional development through additional certifications.

Licensing

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR).
• NBCOT certification is mandatory.
