Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to work in a machine shop environment producing small precision components. Candidates must be comfortable working around loud machinery and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

Operate machine shop equipment to manufacture small precision products.
Use micrometers and other measuring tools to inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met.
Work with milling machines and lathes.
Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues.
Follow work instructions and quality procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Perform basic production and inspection duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous machine shop experience required.
Experience with milling machines and lathes.
Ability to use micrometers and precision measuring instruments.
English speaking required.
Comfortable working around loud machinery.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

CNC machine operation or setup experience.
Manufacturing or machining background.
Candidates with CNC experience may be considered for higher pay rates and additional opportunities.
