Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example by performing hands-on repairs, particularly hydraulic cylinder disassembly, diagnostics, repair, and testing.
• Manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and track progress to meet customer expectations and company KPIs.
• Train, mentor, and support technicians to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain an organized and clean shop environment, emphasizing attention to detail in all processes.
• Monitor inventory levels, order parts as needed, and minimize waste through effective resource management.
• Collaborate with management to analyze productivity data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in heavy equipment repair, with a strong focus on hydraulic systems.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a shop setting.
