Schedule: Days | Rotating Weekends

Compensation: $32.62 - $46.25 per hour (based on experience)

Overview

A leading acute care hospital on Florida's Treasure Coast is seeking an experienced CT Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a busy Computed Tomography department.

This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality imaging services, staff development, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is a strong CT technologist leader with experience managing teams, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a fast-paced diagnostic imaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical oversight for CT imaging services
• Supervise CT technologists and support staff to ensure quality patient care and imaging excellence
• Manage departmental staffing, scheduling, productivity, and workflow
• Monitor image quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance standards
• Support department budgeting, supply management, and equipment utilization
• Lead staff training, mentoring, onboarding, and performance management activities
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and operational performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, organizational, and safety standards
• Assist with strategic planning and departmental growth initiatives

Qualifications

Required

• Associate degree from an accredited program
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R)
• Active Radiologic Technologist license as required by state regulations
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• Minimum 3 years of CT imaging experience
• Minimum 1 year of CT leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols, quality assurance, and patient safety practices

Preferred

• Advanced imaging leadership experience
• Experience managing departmental operations, staffing, and performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Experience in an acute care hospital environment
