About The Role Our Best Ford of Nashua Store is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our sales support team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communication, setting appointments, and nurturing leads through consistent follow-up. This position plays a critical role in generating showroom traffic and supporting the sales department. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, comfortable on the phone, and confident using CRM systems. Schedule: Day and evening shifts as scheduled, Monday through Sunday. Responsibilities Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately Make high-volume outbound calls to follow up on sales leads Schedule and confirm sales appointments Maintain accurate records in the dealership CRM system Utilize phone scripts, email templates, and text messaging tools Nurture leads through consistent follow-up communication Support the sales team with appointment coordination Maintain positive working relationships with teammates and management Qualifications Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systems Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Automotive experience is a plus but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Strong organizational and follow-up skills Why Join Best Automotive Group We invest in our people through continuous learning opportunities, manufacturer-backed certification programs, and clear paths for advancement.
