CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview
- Strong pay built for local work. Drivers average $90,000 per year with a 75CPM base rate plus a 15CPM performance bonus - up to 90CPM plus stop pay and load pay. Weekly averages around $1,703.*
- We fly you home. After four weeks on the road, we'll fly you home for five full days off before you head back out. It's home time built to feel like a real reset, every month.
- Shifts built around the freight. Expect average 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 11 AM to 2 AM.
- Freight that's close and consistent. This is a touch-freight position hauling refrigerated grocery loads with pallet jack and some hand unloading on established local lanes.
- Pay that grows with you. A 5CPM increase is available at one year of service.*
Benefits & Perks
- Get started strong. Earn $500 orientation completion pay right out of the gate, plus up to $7,500 in sign-on bonus paid out over your first year for drivers who maintain strong performance.*
- Refer a driver, get rewarded. MAST's referral bonus pays $4,500 when you refer a qualified driver who joins the team.
- Benefits that back you up. Full company benefits including medical coverage, PTO, and holiday pay to keep you and your family covered.

- Valid Class A CDL
- 1 year of local or OTR CDL-A experience
