Assistant Store Manager - Kay Jewelers - Barton Creek Square

Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, contribute to sales, and develop team members. Responsibilities Assist Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards to achieve sales and profit projections. Help create an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Train and evaluate team members, developing their skills and product knowledge. Recruit, select, and onboard new team members. Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures. Perform operational and strategic duties as required. Qualifications At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer. Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, basic computer software and hardware. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends. Benefits Base pay plus commission on sales.
