Staffing Recruiter Details:

• Direct hire position
• $19.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full time work available
• First shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Recruit, interview, and screen candidates for available job opportunities.
• Build relationships with job seekers and assist them through the hiring process.
• Communicate with clients to understand staffing needs and provide qualified candidates.

Staffing Recruiter Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet goals, and work in a fast-paced team environment.
