Associate Researcher in Impact Analytics

Associate Researcher in Impact Analytics is a full-time, remote position focused on conducting structured literature research and rigorous claims-data analysis to support strategic priorities related to patient outcomes and healthcare utilization. Key Responsibilities Run structured literature searches and maintain a literature library for strategic use Synthesize evidence into briefings for leadership and document analytic work for reproducibility Construct cohorts and analyze Medicare claims data, translating findings for research team use Required Qualifications Master's-level training in Public Health, Health Services Research, Epidemiology, or related field 1-3 years of post-graduate experience with healthcare data or structured research-assistant work Proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis using R or Python Familiarity with healthcare claims data structures and analytical methods Willingness to adopt AI-assisted literature research tools and maintain high research standards
