Senior Principal Symplicity Territory Manager - North Dakota/South Dakota

Medtronic seeks a Senior Principal Symplicity Territory Manager to drive adoption of the Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System across North Dakota and South Dakota. This field-based role focuses on physician engagement, therapy awareness, and new account development in the renal denervation market.
Responsibilities
- Drive patient referrals and therapy awareness in assigned geographic territory
- Develop relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and community partners
- Educate providers on Symplicity therapy benefits and support new account onboarding
- Execute outreach strategies targeting high-potential markets and serve as consistent physician touchpoint
- Maintain accurate records of account activity and territory performance while adhering to compliance standards
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 12+ years relevant medical device or healthcare sales experience
- OR associate degree plus 10+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
- OR bachelor degree plus 8+ years medical device or life sciences experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within territory
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire
- Preferred: 8+ years sales with 4+ years catheter lab or hospital pharmaceutical sales experience
