• $500 per week guaranteed salary plus aggressive commission plan

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred

• Strong closing and customer relationship skills

• Positive attitude with a competitive drive to succeed

• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Team player with a strong work ethic

• Customer-focused and committed to delivering an outstanding buying experience

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations

• Follow up with leads and showroom traffic

• Build lasting customer relationships before, during, and after the sale

• Maintain product knowledge on Honda vehicles and dealership programs

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals

• Work closely with management to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance

REQUIREMENTS

• Automotive sales experience preferred

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Professional appearance

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
