We're looking for an Escrow Assistant to join our Cody team supporting an outstanding Escrow Officer and working alongside a fun, welcoming team. You'll provide customer service and administrative support throughout the escrow closing process, primarily for residential transactions. Bring your expertise and attention to detail to a collaborative environment where teammates support one another and take pride in delivering a great customer experience.

This is an in-office position, five days per week, in our amazing Cody branch! What You'll Do

• Perform a broad range of administrative support duties requiring strong knowledge of escrow policies, practices, and procedures.
• Prepare closing and settlement statements and other documents for a variety of transactions, including wraps, assignments, and mobile home transactions.
• Create and maintain files, records, and reports while monitoring and tracking transaction workflow.
• Independently respond to inquiries, gather information, and resolve issues related to escrow transactions.
• Communicate relevant information and updates to customers, Escrow Officers, and other responsible parties.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members, as needed.
• Assist Escrow Officers with business development and customer service activities, as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Technology

• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze, compare, interpret, and accurately process data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and a positive service attitude.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Escrow background helpful, but we will train!

Pay Range: $16.63 - $22.18 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
