Internet Sales Leader at Sun Toyota

Sun Toyota is searching for an Experienced Automotive Internet Sales Manager. Our Internet Sales Manager will spend a large part of the workday on the telephone and computer. The ideal candidate will be a people‑person, energetic, and professional. They will respond to internet and telephone inquiries and make outbound phone calls, handling customers from start to finish. Our ideal candidate will: Record all customer leads, notes, and comments using the CRM software Manage and champion the website to drive increased lead conversions Be fully knowledgeable of vehicle inventories, pricing, incentive programs and financing options Understand local competitors and be prepared to compete with them; be punctual for all work schedules and meetings Bilingual is a plus Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of all products Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat Be comfortable with computer programs and smart devices Maintain internet business processes Help onboard new hires and train on a weekly basis Have BDC management experience to lead a large BDC team Train and educate staff on processes, word tracks and systems in place Qualifications include: At least 2 years of automotive internet sales and BDC management experience Desking and closing experience Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written Great attitude with a high‑energy personality Benefits: Major medical, dental and vision insurance Long‑term and short‑term disability Life insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company participation Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
