Infinity Health is seeking a dedicated full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide high-quality preventive and educational dental care. In this role, you will deliver exceptional hygiene services, empower patients through education, and collaborate within an integrated care team that supports whole-person health. As a Dental Hygienist at Infinity Health, you will play a key role in preventive care, patient education, and clinical services that promote long-term oral and overall health. Clinical Expectations Our Dental Hygienists provide comprehensive preventive and therapeutic care, including: Oral health assessments and periodontal evaluations Prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, sealants, and fluoride treatments Patient education on oral hygiene and disease prevention Accurate and timely clinical documentation You will also contribute to: Continuous improvement in clinical workflows and patient safety Population health initiatives and preventive care strategies Coordination of care across medical, dental, and behavioral health teams At Infinity Health, we are building a culture of trust and service excellence. Team members are expected to: Foster respectful, compassionate relationships with patients Demonstrate integrity in clinical practice and decision-making Collaborate effectively with team members across disciplines Strive for excellence and continuous professional growth Location Primary Location: Osceola Occasional travel to other dental sites may be required What You’ll Do As a valued member of our dental team, you will: Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming patient experience Perform comprehensive oral hygiene assessments Provide preventive dental services and periodontal care Educate patients and community groups on oral health Collaborate with dentists and healthcare providers for integrated care Support infection control and safety protocols Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outreach efforts Assist with clinical and administrative tasks as needed What We’re Looking For A compassionate, patient-centered professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Commitment to high clinical and ethical standards Passion for community health and service Education & Experience Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Demonstrated ability to build strong patient and team relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Licensure & Certifications Active, unrestricted Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Iowa Current CPR (BLS) certification Mandatory Reporter certification (Child & Dependent Adult Abuse) Why Join Infinity Health?
