Human Resources Specialist/Recruiter

What You’ll Be Doing (a little bit of everything—in a good way) Help find awesome people to join our team (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Be the friendly point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process Post jobs, track applicants, and keep things organized behind the scenes Support onboarding and help new hires feel welcome from day one Assist with employee records, HR projects, and day-to-day operations Get exposure to different areas of HR like employee engagement, compliance, and more Requirements What You Bring to the Table A recent college degree (HR, Business, Communications, or related field is a plus) Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to just about anyone An outgoing, positive personality (you bring good energy wherever you go) A go-getter attitude—you take initiative and like to stay busy Organization skills and attention to detail A genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources What You’ll Get Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote (best of both worlds).
