Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable full-time Construction Laborer to join our team in the Greater Boston Area and North Shore. English proficiency and permanent U.S. work authorization are required, along with a valid driver’s license. Previous construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates. 

Duties

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including loading and unloading construction materials and equipment
• Support construction supervisors, and other tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, landscaping and moving materials around construction sites and/or small warehouse
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
• Assist with setting up construction safety equipment as needed

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is a plus
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for team coordination
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
