Sleep Expert - Sales

Location: Davenport, IA and Moline, IL. Responsibilities Elevate and enhance the in‑store customer experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority. Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and act as a subject‑matter expert. Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience. Build and maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders. Maintain awareness of competitor offerings and leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Compensation Competitive pay range of $50,000‑$65,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
