We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Urologist to join our organization in Long Island. Our facility is known for its commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services.

About Our Facility

Our organization features Long Island's only free-standing Emergency Department that receives 9-1-1 calls, located in Long Beach. Alongside our extensive outpatient specialty centers, we offer both emergency and elective angioplasty services. We are recognized as a designated Stroke Center by the New York State Department of Health and have achieved Comprehensive Community Cancer Center status from the American College of Surgeons. Additionally, we are accredited by the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Association and the Quality Improvement Program.

Our hospital has received the Joint Commission's gold seal of approval for various disease-specific care areas, including:

• Heart failure
• Primary stroke
• Hip and knee replacements
• Wound care
• Bariatric surgery
• End-stage renal disease

Recently, we were re-accredited as one of the first programs in the United States by the Infectious Diseases Society of America as a Center of Excellence for Antimicrobial Stewardship.

Position Overview

As a Urologist, you will:

• Collaborate with a broad primary care referral network and various specialties, including cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, pain management, allergy, urology, radiology, and hematology/oncology.
• Serve a diverse patient population in a community known for its excellent school districts.
• Work alongside a supportive team, including Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, Physician Assistants, and urodynamics specialists, in a fully equipped on-site imaging center.
• Enjoy a role without teaching, research, or administrative duties.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is between $400,000 and $550,000, excluding bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Medical Degree from an accredited institution
• A valid New York Medical License and active NYS DEA registration
• Board Eligible or Board Certified status in Urology
• A commitment to our organization and the communities we serve
• Strong communication skills, a compassionate bedside manner, and excellent organizational abilities

Salary Disclosure

In compliance with New York City salary transparency laws, we provide a salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as experience, specialties, historical productivity, and community needs. Therefore, the final salary may be closer to either end of the range or, in some cases, outside of it. This salary range applies to full-time employment and does not include bonuses or benefits.
