Details Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVPICU) setting within a major children's hospital Patient population includes children and adults with congenital heart disease requiring critical care Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) 50/50 day/night rotation available, or permanent nights Weekend requirement: 3 out of every 6 weekends No on-call responsibilities Floating required to MSICU, MICU, NICU, and ACCU 13-week contract Requirements Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license required Current certifications required: BLS and PALS Minimum 2 years of experience in a Pediatric Cardiac ICU, CVICU, or CICU Experience with critically ill children and adults with congenital heart disease required Prior travel nursing experience required — first-time travelers will not be considered Additional Information Provide critical care nursing to pediatric and adult patients with congenital heart disease in a high-acuity cardiovascular ICU environment American Traveler Job ID #P-717751.
