Noordyk Business Equipment has been selling copiers and office equipment for 80 years. We have a very wide, diverse and loyal base of customers that has grown tremendously in the last few years. Because of this, we are anxiously looking to add to our service team where you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support. We are looking for a dedicated professional to help maintain our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on office equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service during on-site visits.
• Document service activities and update records accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools for repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a service technician or similar role.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with office equipment and repair processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
