Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Washington and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation Current CPR Certification Preferred Experience New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply Experience with Dentrix software is preferred Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to jump in and support the team wherever needed Desire to continue learning, grow clinical skills, and provide exceptional preventive care and patient education Clinical needs as required by the office Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
