Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range: Starting at $28.57 up to $37.84 (midpoint)
• Differentials: Evenings $2.30, Nights $3.75, Weekends $3.00
• Benefits: Health, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid vacation/sick leave
• Additional: Sign-on bonus available, relocation assistance may be offered

What You'll Do

• Perform routine Epic and bedside medication verification
• Work independently in critical care units after clinical check-offs
• Provide all modes of respiratory therapy across hospital departments
• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate therapies based on protocols
• Serve as a mentor to students and new staff members
• Support hospital goals for patient care and safety

What You Need

• Valid Kansas RT license and NBRC credential (CRT/RRT)
• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care (Bachelor's/Master's preferred)
• Current BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Minimum 6 months of critical care experience preferred
• Basic computer skills for documentation and clinical support
