Legacy House of Centennial Hills is currently hiring for a full-time Assisted Living LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse to ensure our residents are receiving top care in the Las Vegas, NV area. This nursing position earns a competitive wage of $20 - $25/hour.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time nursing position offers flexible hours.

As an Assisted Living LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse, you play an essential role in ensuring that our senior living residents receive the top-quality nursing care they deserve. You support the RN and help us recruit caregivers and med techs. Working with our vendors, you get TB tests ordered and delivered for residents and employees. You develop staff training programs as well as train our nurses and unlicensed staff in the administration and management of medications.

You provide superior nursing care to our community's senior residents. To create service plans that are individualized for each resident, you conduct assessments. Once those are complete, you meet with other members of the direct care team and create the plan. You communicate all details to the appropriate staff to ensure that senior residents' needs are met.

Highly organized, you schedule medication technicians to ensure that there is always someone available when needed. As a team player, you work with dieticians, therapists, and other direct care team members. You are meticulous about documenting our clients' conditions and noting significant changes when they occur. At times, the job is fast-paced, but you are always up for the challenge. Having a position where you do important work to help our senior living community brings you great fulfillment!

• LPN license
