Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract at an acute care Level II Trauma hospital, with 4x10 day shifts and on-call responsibilities.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting at a 360-bed Level II Trauma center
• Interventional Radiology unit
• Daily caseload of 8–12 cases
• 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• On-call is currently running approximately 7–10 days per month
• STEMI Call team members must be able to respond within 30 minutes of activation
• One full weekend of call required per month
• No floating to other units required
• Charting via Cerner and McKesson

Requirements

• Current BLS and ACLS required
• ARRT certification required
• MD state license required if applicable
• RCIS accepted in lieu of ARRT
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration

Additional Information

• This facility enforces a strict no-tobacco policy and screens for nicotine and cotinine — candidates who use any form of nicotine (cigarettes, vapes, patches, gum, etc.) are not eligible for this position
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• Parking is available at no cost to staff using the Patient Visitor Parking Garage
• Block scheduling is not available for this assignment
