Responsibilities include: Conducting detailed initial examinations and re-evaluations Developing and progressing evidence-based treatment plans Providing therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, and functional training Educating patients and families on diagnosis, prognosis, home programs, and injury prevention Collaborating with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate care Documenting all care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record Participating in clinical case discussions, in-services, and ongoing professional development Contributing to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment and patient experience The caseload typically includes adolescents through older adults, with opportunities to see athletes, active adults, and post-operative patients depending on clinic location and referral patterns.
