Strong communication skills both verbal and written Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teamsNice to Have Skills Be able to multi-task between various alarm systems, video management systems, and handle incoming phone calls.High Level Project Overview The idea candidate for this role has general knowledge of security in a public-safety emergency center, government fusion center, or in an investigative or analytical role in law enforcement, corporate security, regulatory, fusion center, or other investigative agency or organization. General knowledge and understanding of security concepts, and sophisticated security technologies, to support a fusion center operation. Consistent demonstration of strong, critical thinking and decision-making skills, applied in a security environment. Ability to monitor and respond to security events. Ability to provide in-depth, security expertise. Ability to assess security incidents and to take appropriate action. Ability to manage the flow of sensitive information. Ability to coordinate and manage multiple work processes. Ability to provide leadership in a team environment. Ability to work independently and to achieve results with little supervision. Ability to obtain government-issued, security clearance, as required.Required Years of Experience Minimum of 2+ years directly related experience in a Corporate Security Operations Center (SOC or PSOC)Education Minimum High School Diploma or EquivalencyAre there any specific companies/industries you'd like to see in the candidate's experience?
