We are seeking an individual with Customer Service / Sales support experience to be a vital part of our team! In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, entering orders, following up on quotes, and ensuring quotes are processed and have timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer and internal support
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Contacting potential customers
- Following up on quotes
- Communicating with various departments and support
- Creating transmittals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a role of similar responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of individuals in a professional manner and at all organizational levels
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma is a plus!
