Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• NY PT License
• BLS
• 3 yrs + experience

Assignment Details

• Shift hours vary between 7:00am-6:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00am-4:30pm Friday.
• Outpatient PT setting.
