Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing clinical team. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.

• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

Weekend Baylor Program – Limited Time Opportunity

Available for New Hires Hired Between June 23, 2026 and July 23, 2026

Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is pleased to offer a Weekend Baylor Program for Licensed Practical Nurses seeking a flexible schedule with enhanced earnings.

Baylor Program Details

• Work 32 hours each weekend and get paid for 40 hours .

• Complete four weekend shifts and receive pay equivalent to five shifts .

• Must work all scheduled Baylor shifts to qualify for Baylor pay incentives.

Baylor Schedule Options

Option 1

• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Option 2

• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Sunday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
