Senior Clerk Typist Associate Principal's Office – Attleboro High School Schedule: 206 work days; 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM Responsibilities Copy and distribute documents and other materials such as correspondence, bulletins, and reports for administrative, instructional, and clerical staff. Maintain documents, files, and records to provide up-to-date references. Answer telephone calls and provide information and assistance to callers. Distribute incoming mail appropriately. Maintain inventories of supplies and materials to ensure availability. Complete registration for new students, including transportation and scheduling. Demonstrate the ability to work with staff, students, parents, and community members. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Carry out instructions given in written or oral form. Perform arithmetic operations as needed. Understand, apply, and use technology and software applications such as Microsoft Word. Maintain confidentiality of information regarding students, employees, and others. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with students, staff, and others contacted in the course of work. Effective writing and verbal communication skills. Qualifications High School diploma. Prior successful clerical experience in a school is preferred. Skillful with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Aspen, and Munis systems. Spanish speaking preferred.
