Your role in our mission Help create the power in Gainwell's processes as we develop purpose-built technologies and solutions that yield better health and human services outcomes. Review, validate, and process Medicaid provider enrollment applications in compliance with Mississippi Medicaid guidelines. Research, analyze, and resolve provider enrollment issues while responding to provider inquiries regarding enrollment status and requirements. Collaborate with Gainwell Technologies teams and State Medicaid representatives to support enrollment operations and meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards. Utilize enrollment systems and Microsoft Office applications to perform daily responsibilities while identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research, evaluate information, and apply policies and regulations. Provide knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations. Demonstrate excellent customer service, interpersonal, and computer proficiency skills. What we're looking for High school diploma required with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in healthcare administration, provider enrollment, data processing, customer service, or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage sensitive provider information. Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications, with the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality. What you should expect in this role This position is onsite in Jackson, MS. Assessment Requirement : Candidates will be required to complete a skills and competency assessment before advancing to the next stage of the selection process The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation. The deadline to submit applications for this posting is August 31, 2026. The pay range for this position is $32,700.00 - $46,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
