Actuarial Analyst Provides actuarial support across a broad range of actuarial and business needs for specific product lines. General work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity. The Actuarial Analyst 1 may be responsible for any combination of valuation, pricing, analytics, forecasting, risk, compliance, and operations. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation. Required Qualifications Successful completion of at least 1 Actuarial Exam Bachelor's Degree Strong communication skills Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications SAS and/or Databricks experience Programming experience in SQL and VBA Medicare Part D knowledge Travel While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
