Quality Leader ISO & Continuous Improvement

igus Inc. in Rhode Island seeks a Quality Manager to lead the QMS, drive continuous improvement, and ensure products meet customer specs and regulatory requirements.
This role partners with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales to raise product quality, reduce defects, and support company growth. Responsibilities include maintaining ISO 9001, developing quality policies, managing audits, CAPA, metrics, and mentoring Quality Engineers and Technicians.
