You'll own the design process end to end, from research and strategy through high‑fidelity Figma and design‑system thinking. Fluent in Figma. Comfortable with design systems, components, and variants. Strong portfolio of shipped products (not just concepts). UX research literacy. Comfortable running user interviews and translating findings. Engineering‑aware. You design with edge cases, real states, and dev handoff in mind. Clear communicator.
