Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health Experience
• HCHB Experience
• DPT

Assignment Details

• Full-time schedule.
• No on-call or weekend requirement.
• Coverage area includes Olympia and the surrounding area.
• Responsibilities include OASIS, admits, evaluations, discharges, and oversight of PTA.
• Productivity expectation: 30.
