Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled CT Technologist to perform advanced imaging procedures, including CT scans and X-Rays, in a fast-paced outpatient and emergency setting. The candidate will operate state-of-the-art equipment while ensuring patient safety and image quality.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform CT scans and X-Ray procedures according to department protocols and patient needs.
  
  
• 
  Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout.
  
  
• 
  Start IVs and administer contrast agents as required for imaging studies.
  
  
• 
  Maintain and operate imaging equipment such as GE and Siemens scanners, PACS, and portable X-Ray devices.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to acquire diagnostic-quality images.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to safety standards, including BLS certification and local policies, to minimize risks.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold ARRT certification in CT and Radiography (R).
  
  
• 
  Possess a minimum of 2 years of outpatient, adult, peds, and ED imaging experience.
  
  
• 
  Be able to start approximately 8-9 IVs daily and demonstrate proficiency in contrast procedures.
  
  
• 
  Maintain an active license and pass a compliance EKG exam.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC EMR and Samsung X-Ray equipment.
  
  
• 
  Be flexible to float across multiple facilities and locations as needed.
