Create tickets for engineering on website changes and data discrepancies. Qualifications: 1+ years in quality assurance, administrative support, or related roles. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows. Experience navigating government websites and managing detailed records. Success Criteria: Public records requests are tracked and followed up on promptly. Website changes and data gaps are proactively identified. Daily output targets are met and blockers are clearly communicated. An AI-driven technology company specializing in government procurement intelligence.
