You will develop and deliver engaging training courses focused on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of both off-the-shelf and customized software applications. By working closely with diverse users in various settings, from classrooms to virtual environments, you will help our team members confidently navigate the tools they need to make a meaningful impact on the healthcare journey of our community. Make a noticeable difference in our organization and community with your expertise! Key Responsibilities Design and implement tailored learning curricula to meet the unique needs of our business. Conduct engaging training and coaching sessions, both onsite and online, to enhance skills and competencies. Coordinate end-user training and work with Super Users to ensure effective learning. Lead scenario-based training sessions and assess technology competencies of staff. Develop, evaluate, and continuously refine training programs to support the growth of our team. Collaborate with leaders and project managers to identify skills gaps and strategize solutions for improvement. Provide valuable feedback to colleagues and IT leaders to enhance system design and implementation strategies. Participate in the review and planning processes for new or updated solutions. Engage with vendor training teams to ensure alignment on training initiatives. Contribute as a member of a high-performance team working in collaboration with IT professionals across various disciplines. If applicable, actively participate in external training seminars, workshops, and industry events. Carry out other responsibilities as assigned, remaining flexible in a dynamic environment. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare or IT disciplines is required. High school diploma or equivalent and four (4) years experience in healthcare operations and/or clinical IT roles may substitute for the required bachelor's level degree. Three (3) years of experience conducting clinical applications analysis, analysis of clinical workflows system adoption strategies, and training and educating adult learners is required. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent and five years of related experience is preferred. Super User or Trainer for Epic Ambulatory and/or Resolute PB (Professional Billing) is preferred. Previous experience in Clinical Software Implementations and/or Training. Project management experience Ability to travel to clinic sites up to 50% of work time. Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and internal and external colleagues. Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA regulations. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. Effective problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills. Ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks. Ability to prepare a presentation and present to an audience comprised of varying levels of leadership. Ability to manage a wide range of projects, large and small, along with a high volume of service requests. Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement, promote teamwork values, drive accountability, and establish ground rules. Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and departments.
