As part of a national collaborative initiative, we are advancing the future of women’s healthcare. We are currently seeking exceptional OBGYN hospitalists to enhance our already talented team in Nevada. In our innovative model, you will receive support not only from fellow hospitalists and practicing OBGYNs but also from one of the largest maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) practices in the nation. By implementing value-driven results and efficient protocols, we strive to achieve superior outcomes that surpass standard care, benefiting both mothers and their babies.

We are looking for:

• Compassionate, skilled, and team-oriented OB/GYN Hospitalists to join our expanding practice in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.

• The ideal candidate will be committed to providing comprehensive obstetric care to patients of all ages, ensuring the highest levels of quality and satisfaction.

What you can expect:

• Competitive shift rates for 2026, ranging from $1650 to $2090.

• Holiday shift differential of $540.

• A generous sign-on bonus of $75,000.

• Full-time commitment of 10 to 12 twelve-hour shifts each month.

• Work at Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center, which has a Level III NICU.

• Engage with Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospital - Siena Campus, also a Level III NICU.

• Benefit from close collaboration and 24/7 support from our local MFM practice, which is integral to our operations.

• Fetal monitoring certification.

• Training in transvaginal cervical length (TVCL) assessment with our MFMs.

• BLS certification.

• Participation in the critical care obstetrics course offered by the SMFM.

• Basic OB ultrasound skills training with our MFMs.

• Implicit bias training aimed at reducing healthcare inequities.

• Integration with our MFM practice, which boasts excellent infrastructure, including EHR, voice dictation, PACS, genetic counselors, advanced practitioners, and top-tier ultrasound equipment.

• An opportunity to positively influence community OB/GYNs and contribute to system-wide improvements.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

• A minimum of three years of experience in OB/GYN.

• Valid medical license or eligibility to obtain a medical license in Nevada.

• Demonstrated experience as an OB/GYN physician.

• Exceptional clinical skills with a focus on compassionate patient care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a comfort in team settings.

• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
