Hours : Monday through Friday:  All shifts are available (morning, afternoon and closers)

Pay Range: $23 - $29/hour - depending on experience

We are thrilled to have recently opened our brand-new, state-of-the-art Celebree School in Sudbury, Massachusetts - and we’re looking for passionate Teachers to join our founding team!

Celebree School of Sudbury is seeking a warm, nurturing, and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our growing team. In this role, you (and a co-teacher) will create a safe, engaging, and loving environment where our youngest learners can thrive. You will support infants' developmental milestones through responsive caregiving, age-appropriate activities, and meaningful interactions while building strong partnerships with families. Responsibilities 
As an  Infant Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to: 

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all child care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors. 
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish. 
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
• Establish open and ongoing communication with parents, sharing insights, updates, and progress on their child's development.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts minimum education and experience requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
• Background check required.
