Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success each day. Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long‑lasting customer relations. Qualifications Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas (preferred). Ability to effectively relate to a customer. Dedicated to customer service. Professional sales experience (preferred). Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License. Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior. Growth potential inside a multi‑office agency and mentorship toward owning your own State Farm agency.
