Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Grandville that are seeking Inside Sales Representatives. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts within an assigned territory.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Collaborate with external sales and engineering teams to address customer needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Prepare and deliver sales quotes and proposals to prospective clients.
• Identify and understand customer requirements to recommend appropriate manufacturing solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to close.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with B2B clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and their integration with sales processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production cycles.
• Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale).
