Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Join a travel Speech‑Language Pathologist opportunity in Santa Clara, CA at a skilled nursing facility. Provide evaluation and treatment for patients with communication and swallowing disorders. Use your clinical skills to support rehabilitation and safe discharge planning while working with an interdisciplinary team. Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active California SLP license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or post‑acute care preferred. Experience with dysphagia management, standardized assessments, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with restorative programs and interdisciplinary care planning. Familiarity with goal‑setting for skilled nursing populations and Medicare documentation requirements. Assignment Details Shift Hours: 08:00–16:30. Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Contract length: 13 weeks. Benefits Full medical benefits and 401(k) matching plan.
