Big O Tires Murrieta is looking for a motivated Automotive Service Technician who has a solid foundation in vehicle maintenance and wants to expand their skills. What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires

• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections

• Replace batteries, filters, wiper blades, and bulbs

• Perform brake services

• Assist with suspension and steering repairs

• Learn and perform wheel alignments

• Complete fluid exchanges and other preventive maintenance services

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow proper safety procedures and deliver quality workmanship every time

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of automotive service experience (professional shop experience preferred)

• A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn

• Dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated

• Pride in producing quality work with attention to detail

• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service

• A desire to grow into an advanced automotive technician

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• At least 18 years of age

• Basic automotive repair and maintenance knowledge

• Ability to safely operate shop equipment

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and remain active throughout the workday

• Comfortable working on domestic and import vehicles

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review
